Do you have a physical store-front?

At this time we do not have a physical storefront for you to visit. We do pop ups in different areas of the city, so be sure to follow us on Instagram for more information on our next in person event.

Do you help out with customization?

We love to help in helping you customize your pieces! Send us an email and we will gladly work with you to create your jewelry.

Shipping

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Processing can vary and takes 1-3 business days from the day your order is place.

Shipping times can vary based on your items and the shipping method chosen. You'll see an estimated timeline for your order during checkout.

How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?

After your package ships, you’ll be able to track it using the tracking number we provide.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us right away so we can start a claim or arrange a replacement.

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but it may depend on how far along your order is in the shipping process and our carriers' policies.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All customized orders, earrings, and sale items are considered final sale.

Otherwise we accept returns on items in their original, unused condition (with tags attached and in the original packaging) within 7 days of the order’s arrival.

Can I return a product if I have used it?

We understand that a product might not always meet your expectations, even after use. Depending on the item and its condition, we may be able to offer a return or exchange. If the item shows signs of use, we reserve the right to provide a partial refund or deny the return or exchange request. Please email us for more details.

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?

Typically, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost for returning a product. However, we may offer free return shipping for specific items or under certain conditions.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?

Can I return a product that was purchased with a promotion or discount code?

Products bought with a promotion or discount code may come with additional terms and conditions. Depending on the promotion, returns or exchanges for these items might not be accepted.

This does not include the buy 3 charms, get $5 off charm promotion. This promotion is eligible for returns, if it falls under the terms of our return policy.
