The Design Process

Can I request a specific charm placement?

Absolutely. We view every piece as a collaboration. If you have a specific sequence in mind that isn't available through the standard builder, please reach out to our Design Concierge. We’ll work with you to map out your layout exactly as you envisioned.

Can I add more charms to my piece later?

Our designs are intended to grow with you. Most of our chains allow for additional charms to be added over time. If you’d like to send your piece back to the studio for a professional "refresh" or addition, contact us for a custom quote.

Do you offer design consultations?

Yes. If you are stuck between a few variations, our team can provide a digital "mock-up" of your charm combination to help you visualize the final result before we begin assembly.

Shipping & Journey

How long will it take to receive my custom piece?

Quality takes intention. Because each custom piece is hand-assembled in our studio, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive shipping information the moment your journey begins.

Where is my package?

Once your order leaves our studio, the carrier is responsible for its safe arrival. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours or is marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, please notify us immediately so we can assist in locating it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Sole Mare worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, and any applicable customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Care

What is your return policy?

Because custom-designed pieces are built specifically for you, they are final sale. For non-custom items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is in its original, unworn condition.

When will I see my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will initiate your refund immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Is Sole Mare jewelry waterproof?

Our pieces are engineered from 18k Gold Filled and high-grade Tarnish-Resistant metals. While they are designed for the "daily edit" and are highly water-resistant, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged salt-water exposure to maintain their original luster for years to come.

What materials do you use?

We prioritize longevity and skin-health. All Sole Mare jewelry is 100% hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free. We use a combination of 18k Gold Filled and Silver Plating r to ensure a durable, high-end finish.

At Sole Mare, we stand by the craftsmanship of every piece. While we typically only accept returns on unworn items in their original condition, we understand that unique circumstances arise. If you have any concerns regarding the fit or feel of your jewelry after it arrives, please reach out to us. We handle these inquiries on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and thoughtful resolution.

Do you have a physical storefront?

Currently, Sole Mare operates as an online-only studio. This allows us to focus entirely on the craftsmanship of our custom builds and maintain a direct connection with our global community.
